1. Geographic Coverage

Operating from our strategic central logistics hub in Siliguri (the gateway to the Northeast), Northeast Power Solutions provides freight dispatch and commercial delivery services across:

• North Bengal: Siliguri, Jalpaiguri, Darjeeling, Kalimpong, Alipurduar, Cooch Behar, Malda, and Dinajpur.
• Sikkim: Gangtok, Namchi, Geyzing, Mangan, and commercial project locations.
• Northeast States: Assam (Guwahati, Dibrugarh, Silchar), Meghalaya, Nagaland, Tripura, and Arunachal Pradesh.
• Rest of Eastern India: Selective Bihar and Eastern Jharkhand territories.

2. Order Processing & Dispatch Times

• Standard Stock Items (Inverter & E-Rickshaw Batteries): Typically dispatched within 24 to 48 business hours following order confirmation.
• High-Capacity LiFePO4 & Solar Systems: Dispatched within 2 to 5 business days depending on custom BMS configuration and pre-dispatch testing.
• Bulk Wholesale / Full Truckload (FTL): Scheduled in direct coordination with the dealer/distributor network.

3. Heavy Cargo & Hazmat Packaging Standards

Lead-acid and lithium batteries require specialized freight handling. All HYDROZ batteries are packed in impact-resistant outer cartons with heavy-duty internal bracing and terminal protectors to guarantee safety on mountain highways and rural transit corridors.

4. Delivery Inspection & Transit Insurance

Customers and dealers are advised to inspect consignments upon receipt:

• Ensure physical seals are intact and cartons have not been punctured.
• In the rare event of transit damage or acid leakage, endorse the consignment note (LR/POD) with the transporter and notify NEPS within 24 hours with photographs.
• Commercial shipments dispatched via authorized transport carriers carry transit coverage against road transit perils.
