1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using northeastpowersolutions.in, submitting quotation inquiries, or placing orders for HYDROZ brand products and Northeast Power Solutions (“NEPS”) systems, you signify your agreement to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please refrain from using our website or ordering services.

2. Quotations, Pricing & Orders

• All estimates, WhatsApp quotations, and proposals provided by our sales desk are valid for 15 calendar days from the date of issue unless stated otherwise in writing.
• Prices are subject to applicable GST, freight charges, transit insurance, and local municipal levies unless explicitly marked as all-inclusive.
• Orders are confirmed only upon receipt of formal purchase orders or advance payments as agreed between NEPS and the buyer/channel partner.
• Raw material fluctuations (specifically lead and lithium carbonite indices) may impact long-term commercial price sheets upon formal notice.

3. Intellectual Property Rights

All trademarks, logos (including the Northeast Power Solutions emblem, delta insignia, and HYDROZ® registered trade names), product photography, diagrams, code, and editorial content on this website are the proprietary intellectual property of Northeast Power Solutions and Mr. Soumya Shikher. Unauthorized reproduction, modification, scraping, or redistribution for commercial purposes is strictly prohibited without written consent.

4. Installation & Electrical Safety Guidelines

Lead-acid and lithium batteries store massive electrical and chemical energy. NEPS strongly mandates that installation, cable crimping, inverter setup, and solar integration be performed exclusively by qualified electrical personnel adhering to Indian Standard (IS) codes and our technical manual. NEPS disclaims liability for damage arising from unauthorized reverse polarity connections, faulty third-party inverters, or non-compliant earthing.

5. Warranty & Service Recourse

Warranty terms for all HYDROZ Lithium and Tall Tubular batteries are governed by our dedicated Warranty & Service Policy. Warranty claims require proof of purchase and intact serial numbers. Physical damage, acid spillage, casing tampering, or fire exposure voids warranty coverage.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Indian law, Northeast Power Solutions, its founder, officers, and employees shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages resulting from downtime, loss of business revenue, or power interruptions beyond the repair or replacement value of the supplied goods.

7. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms and any commercial agreements between Northeast Power Solutions and customers or channel partners shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India. Any legal dispute or proceeding arising out of or related to these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Siliguri, District Darjeeling, West Bengal.

8. Commercial Inquiries & Official Notices
